1AutomationWiz is one of the simplest to understand shopping cart and autoresponder systems and the most reasonably priced one. You can get all of your autoresponders and accept payments for just $69/mth and the top tier is only $129/mth making it the cheapest top tier you're going to see in this market. But that doesn't mean that the system is a slouch. As a matter of fact, there are only two drawbacks to using 1AW that come up when you're running a SERIOUS online business.
Those are: 1. Just like everything except Kartra and Infusionsoft, it only stores the most recent affiliate referral and the original affiliate referral and 2. You'll need to do a lot of your reporting in your spreadsheet program (Excel).
I don't think either of those even matter for more than 0.1% of online businesses. #1 only matters if you do business with at least 10 superaffiliates who run promos to your site at the same time. I think #2 is barely an issue.

For that money you get only 100K emails/mth from Ontraport, and it's about a third of the price of an infusionsoft account. Before I go into it, I'm not saying that there aren't any big league marketers who use simpler software. For example, I know that one of the budget or intermediate tools I list was bullet proof for a $3 mil USD launch day. This list is more about telling you what people are up to, what we use and what I recommend.
Now that Kartra is around, infusionsoft WAS the most powerful tool out there. Even still it does have more users than any other shopping cart system. Because of that, Infusionsoft at least has the benefits of the largest number of plugins and professionals who can help you, usually with the help of their API.
